Five Mountain Order of Korean Zen Buddhism.

The Five Mountain Sangha is an American Zen Organization in the Korean Sŏn lineage of Zen Master Sŭngsan (Seung Sahn).
The Community is focused on a lay Zen practice incorporating meditation, Kōan practice and expressing the Dharma within the circumstances of everyday life. Our approach is practice-centered, integrative and experiential.
The Sangha's Guiding Teacher is Paul Lynch, JDPSN, who is a Dharma Successor in the Lineage of Zen Master Sŭngsan. Lynch Sensei is engaged in advanced studies with James Ford, Roshi of the Boundless Way Zen Group. Our practice locations are located in Huntington Beach, California, Bekeley, California, and Cincinnati, Ohio.
